We live in a mass consumer society which overflows with things, things, things. As we rush through our busy lives surrounded by high-tech equipment in this information-oriented society, it's not hard to lose sight of the existence of the "self". The only way to survive in this world is by clinging to our desires. Money, people, things, ideas... There is no shortage of objects of desire in the world, waiting to meet our needs, but they are consumed just as readily as they are found, and must be replaced again by a new vice.
Even the concepts of privacy, life, and death are covered over by a mass of information, closing us in and depriving us of the space to even consider the meaning of our existence. As if to break down the walls holding us in, cult groups and natural disasters, crimes and mental imbalances bring together the inner and outer worlds, making the boundary between life and death appear right before our eyes. However, in the next moment, even this becomes buried under mass informarion, to be consumed by the hunger of desire.
This is the concept behind "ANALIFE". Reality is represented by three characters who are possessed by various {exaggerated} desires of modern society, The characters' pleasures, anguish, and their destruction and rebirth are described sincerely, though with a hint of cynicism, while caringly cradling them all in the "power of the supernatural".
